April Cocktail of the Month

WHITE LILY COCKTAIL
 
Ingredients 
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. rum
  • 1 oz. Cointreau liqueur
  • Dash absinthe
  • Dash freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Chilled martini glass
  • Orange peel, for garnish
Instructions            
  • Fill cocktail shaker half way with ice cubes.
  • Add the gin, rum, Cointreau liqueur, absinthe and freshly squeezed orange juice to the cocktail shaker.
  • Cover the cocktail shaker and shake very gently for 10 to 15 seconds. Shaking too hard will release an unpleasant, overwhelming juniper berry flavor, so shake gently.
  • Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish the drink with a fresh orange peel and serve immediately while very cold.

Spring is almost here and so are your cocktails!


Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.






Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Clos du Bois Rosé, chilled
  • 1 bag frozen blueberries
  • 1 container frozen pink lemonade
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda
  • blueberries for garnish

Preparation:

  1. In a large pitcher, mix the Clos du Bois Rosé, antioxidant-rich frozen blueberries and frozen pink lemonade together.
  2. Allow the flavors to marry in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Top with lemon-lime soda.





Ingredients:



Pour all ingredients in mixing glass half filled with ice, shake and strain into chilled martini glass.
